X5 series pipeline inspection robot is aHD type pipeline CCTV inspection robot.
Panoramic quantized version consists of crawler, panorama camera, laser profiling scanner, cabledrum and main control.
Crawler is available for X5-HT, X5-HS and X5-HW model.

The crawler is equipped with panoramic camera, laser profiling scanner , connected to cable drum with wifi wireless or wire connection, get quick operation commands of the system.
Such as: forward, backward, steering, stopping, speed adjustment of the crawler; raising and lowering of the camera elevator, light adjustment, switching of front and rear view, display of pipe outline, distance measurement, etc.

PipeScan [Pipeline video test software] (hereinafter referred to as "the Software"), is a control software for pipeline test along with the X5H series pipeline CCTV crawler hardware facility.
Featured by high accuracy and efficiency, the Software can transmit, send and receive data through network/wireless signals, to realize operation control of CCTV crawler and cable reel, real-time transmission and display of video data, realize field adding of test information, video recording and intercepting of defect image. The interface of chromatogram and panorama are included in the Software's operation interface if dual-radar structure exists, or they are excluded if dual-radar structure does not exist.



PipeProf Quantitative Analysis Software:
After the inspection is completed,  report can be obtained immediately. At the same time,  also equipped with corresponding analysis software, which can obtain a panoramic three-dimensional model of the pipeline and output.
